Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the Nokk app and website, operated by Grandhosting Ltd(“Nokk”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

Nokk is only for legitimate, registered businesses. You must provide accurate business details, including a valid VAT number, and may be verified against the EU VAT registry before you can transact. We may refuse or revoke access at our discretion to protect the network.

The service

Nokk connects businesses so they can source urgently-needed supplies from one another. We provide the platform that matches needs with nearby businesses and enables coordination. We do not supply, sell, warehouse, deliver, or take ownership of any goods.

Transactions are between businesses

Any agreement, sale, price, payment, delivery, quality or return is solely between the two businesses involved. Nokk is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for the goods exchanged, the conduct of any business, or the outcome of any deal. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your business, including food safety, licensing and tax.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your account details and business information accurate and up to date.
• Only offer goods you are lawfully entitled to sell or share.
• Communicate honestly and honour the deals you agree to.
• Do not misuse the service, impersonate others, or post unlawful, false or harmful content.

Ratings & content

You are responsible for the content you post, including messages, photos and ratings. Ratings should be honest and fair. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running reliably but provide it “as is” without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nokk is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from transactions between businesses, unavailability of the service, or reliance on other users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using Nokk at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the network and its users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, without prejudice to any mandatory statutory protections.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
